Entry #C-8: "Carboxyl"
[audio recording]
Would someone, please, tell me that I'm not the only one who sees something dramatically wrong with this picture?
A certain member of our team has been simultaneously apologizing, warning against harmless or beneficial individuals, and behaving otherwise irrationally. I can only go by what I have seen and observed, and the inconsistency is such that I'm beginning to wonder if anything about his story is in fact constant.
I don't care whether or not Strix was "controlling" him. I don't even care if he would have attacked Asgard left to his own devices. I would like to emphasize what the point is. Until now, we've seen no trace of an apology, paranoia beyond reasonable post-traumatic levels, and a great deal of accusations that are completely without factual or even implicative basis. Not to mention threatening members of his own team. In my experience, this is either the mark of a personality change, sheer stupidity, or post-traumatic stress disorder. They are all common in the criminally insane. They are also common in the classic sociopath.
I've already asked for medical help to be granted him, and I believe that my responsibility for him should end there. As it is, I've been dealing with enough on my own, and certainly don't have time to defend my education, motives, and other pieces of myself that this man has deemed questionable.
If by some miracle I'm wrong, and this person is in fact not maintaining an elaborate facade to take advantage of the deeply traumatizing experience of nearly tearing two unarmed individuals to shreds, would someone tell me so? Or, better yet, get professional help for Asgard's greatest liability to himself and others at this time?
